- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in IT or software development.
- Deep understanding of the German market and local business culture.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Proven track record in lead generation, outreach, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.

What you will be working on
- Identifying and qualifying potential B2B clients in the German-speaking market.
- Selling full-cycle software development services — from discovery to deployment.
- Driving the complete sales process: outreach, client meetings, negotiation, and closing.
