Requirements
- 3+ years of experience selling software development services to the US market
- Fluent English and confidence in high-stakes negotiations
- Proven expertise in outbound prospecting and building B2B sales funnels
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

What you will be working on
- Researching and qualifying leads in the US tech and business landscape
- Selling end-to-end custom software development services
- Managing the full sales process: outreach, discovery, negotiation, and closing deals
- Collaborating with delivery, marketing, and product teams to create tailored proposals
- Maintaining an accurate pipeline and reporting sales activity regularly
