What is the process?

1. Initial consultation

and identify your coaching goal with an INQA consulting office.

2. Coaching in the workplace

Together with an INQA coach, you will work on your challenges for up to 7 months. During this time, you will further develop ideas, test various approaches, and find optimal solutions.

3. Final discussion

The INQA consulting office will evaluate the coaching with you and present further support options if necessary.
