In an impressive initiative, Linvelo @BITECC GmbH has launched a groundbreaking pilot project to improve and digitize foreigners’ authorities and immigration processes. Collaborating with the city of Lingen (Ems), the Economic Development Agency of the city of Lingen (Ems), the Growth Region Ems-Achse e.V., and the Ministry of Economic Affairs of the state of Lower Saxony, this project will drive digitalization in the region.
The need for AI and digitalization is becoming increasingly apparent, especially in the context of form processes and bureaucratic procedures in authorities. The previous time-consuming steps of filling out, printing, signing, and mailing documents are being streamlined through digitalization to make the process more efficient and address the shortage of skilled workers.
The inspiration for this project stemmed from the experience of hiring Ukrainian employees 1.5 years ago. The inefficient processes in authorities and companies, still relying on traditional methods, became evident. After extensive programming, design, discussions, and presentations, the Linvelo @BITECC team has achieved a milestone that will positively shape the future of digital administration in Lower Saxony
